We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
11. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to this Site and any other Sites operated by us or our affiliates and their features.
12. This Agreement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claims which may arise under or in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
13. Additional Terms.
13.1. Your use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.
13.2. Your use of the Toma Legal Retrieve Online Services, case law, legal forms and other related legal materials ("Toma Legal Retrieve Services") is also governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Toma Legal Retrieve Services, and if applicable the Toma Legal Retrieve Services Supplemental Terms for Specific Materials, (collectively the "Toma Services Terms") which are provided during the registration process for these Toma Legal Retrieve Services, all of which are incorporated by reference herein. Your completion of the Toma Legal Retrieve Services registration process constitutes your acceptance of the Toma Services Terms. If you do not agree with any Toma Services Terms, you are not permitted to access the Toma Legal Retrieve Services.
14. These Terms incorporate by reference any notices contained on this Site, the Privacy Policy and the Toma Services Terms and constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of this Site, the Interactive Areas, and the Content and Postings. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, or conflicts with the Toma Services Terms then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
